PhotoSC is a 501C3 non-profit arts organization dedicated to the exploration of photography and the ever-changing landscape of image making.
Our vision and focus is on developing the dialogue about photography and the photographic arts; an appreciation of the most contemporary and ever-changing art form and its role in society, while serving as an informative and engaging resource for photographers, artists, students, and scholars through exhibitions, classes and community outreach.
Given the overwhelming interest in photography, the need for visual literacy and arts education demands a clear understanding of the cultural and personal role of photography. We endeavor to expand the knowledge of photography and provide the tools to effect change.
